We are pleased to invite you to our online seminar providing practical guidance on the impact of the new EU Directive on companies and how to prepare for its implementation.
The deadline is approaching fast: EU member states must transpose the EU Pay Transparency Directive into national law by June 7, 2026. With less than four months remaining until the deadline, companies should begin preparations immediately.
The directive introduces far-reaching obligations for employers, including equal pay requirements regardless of gender, gender pay gap reporting obligations, employee rights to know pay standards and individual salary levels, employee rights to claim equal pay and seek damages and penalties for non-compliance.
Businesses that start preparing early will gain a head start in systematically implementing requirements once national legislation takes effect. This seminar will provide practical guidance on what the directive means for your organization and how to prepare.
Key Topics of this session:
- The principle of equal pay for equal work – what it means in practice
- The EU Pay Transparency Directive at a glance: Core employer obligations
- From directive to action: A practical implementation roadmap
Please register here till the 13th of April.
