This event will focus on discussing three financial topics related to overseas subsidiaries: 1. Conversion of accounting standards 2. Differences in financial reporting content 3. Differences in domestic and overseas audit requirements (for public listed companies only). We will explore these topics be based on cases that we have experienced in practice. Overseas subsidiaries need to meet the local accounting standards as well as the reporting requirements of the domestic parent company. We will outline the key differences between various standards and the corresponding adjustments to financial statements. Regarding the differences in financial reporting content, we will list the disclosure differences under different accounting standards and how to prepare the underlying data. Additionally, we will share our experiences to help participants understand the differences in domestic and overseas audit requirements and how to meet these requirements.
