During the event we will introduce you to the concepts of an agency agreement, a distribution agreement and a franchise agreement. This will be accompanied with suggestions on future contract draftings and when to be very cautious to avoid invalid concepts or competition law fines. There are key differences under such relationships to be taken into account and there are possibilities for the individual allocation of risks. Some relationships have mandatory conditions the parties can almost not modify and we will provide you with some preliminary guidance on these provisions. Finally we will take at look on the different levels of influence a manufacture can have on resale prices and on the granting of exclusive selling markets applicable under the different concepts. Hereby we will rudimentary introduce the audience to the respective scopes for such influences.
